SHORT ADVANCED PROGRAMME
Sustainable Marketing for Global Goals
10 January 2024
Sustainable Marketing for Global Goals is a RUN-EU Short Advanced Programme (SAP) jointly coordinated by the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), and the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences (NHL Stenden).
This SAP aims to provide interdisciplinary students from across the RUN-EU network (future graduate global citizens) with an awareness of ethical and sustainable approaches to designing and implementing marketing strategies within the organisations they will be working with and for that contribute to the triple bottom line of planet, people and profit.
These for-profit and non-profit organisations will need guidance on how to integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the fabric of their organisations.
In the future, it is hoped that all organisations will adopt socially responsible marketing practices and our students will be leaders in this field.
This SAP will not only look at current tools and models of marketing strategy that are aware of the SDGs, but will also apply them to a real organisation and is part of a collaboration of two complementary SAPs developed by TUS (Athlone) and NHL Stenden.
