RUN-EU Services (NPO)
RUN-EU Services (RES) is a non-profit organisation (NPO) created by all RUN-EU members, under Belgian law, with an educational, cultural and scientific aim of European utility. The Deeds of Incorporation for the NPO was signed on 18 June 2025 in Brussels; this legal framework respects the autonomy and diversity of the RUN-EU alliance members.
The creation of RUN-EU Services enables joint higher education provision in the transnational multi-campus environment of the RUN-EU alliance, supporting the RUN-EU European Programmes Academy, European Research Area, European Stakeholder Engagement Centre and European Mobility Innovation Centre. It supports seamless mobility of students and staff for learning, research, development, Innovation and cooperation actions, implementing a joint governance model and management mechanisms with measurable impact on the alliance member regions.
RUN-Services hosts the RUN-EU shared services digital platform, E-Hub, associated collaboration spaces, the RUN-EU website and RUN-EU performance dashboard. Members of RUN-EU partner organisations (students and staff) register themselves on the E-hub platform to either collaborate within the consortium, apply for or enrol on RUN-EU learning opportunities. This RUN-EU E-hub supports the diversity and scalability of RUN-EU and all partner institutions. It is designed to facilitate collaboration across all current and future consortium activities. It will play an important role in supporting the underpinning of the EZ-ID through the provision of the RUN-EU services to regional partners. The E-Hub environment enables the involvement of additional organisations from the partner regions in collaborative RUN-EU activities.
