The Pedagogical Approaches Handbook and the Catalogue of Learning Opportunities have been published

22 June 2026

The Pedagogical Handbook outlines the pedagogical development activities, promotes pedagogical culture in RUN-EU, and offers concrete tools for staff and students. The catalogues of RUN-EPA learning opportunities give an overview of all the learning opportunities organised during the first two years.

RUN-EU is committed to providing pedagogically and scientifically innovative learning opportunities that support the acquisition of future skills and drive societal change across European regions. Achieving this goal requires strong pedagogical expertise from teachers and staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all learners.

Promoting Shared Pedagogical Culture in RUN-EU

The Pedagogical Approaches Handbook outlines the development activities within RUN-EU and promotes shared pedagogical culture. It offers also concrete tools and guidance for RUN-EU educators, educational leaders, staff, and students.

The Handbook aims to raise pedagogical awareness within RUN-EU of what constitutes high-quality learning and teaching, how it can be supported and what is the role of different actors in the process.

The Handbook is divided into seven sections, each focusing on a key aspect of pedagogical development:

  • Introduction to the Pedagogical Handbook sets the stage for pedagogical innovation within RUN-EU.
