Experimentations in Method Online Seminar Series 2023/2024

24 November 2023

RUN-EU PLUS invites to this online seminar series featuring contributions on state-of-the-art innovations in biographic, and narrative methods from leading international experts.

While biographic narrative is frequently used as an umbrella term, it commonly denotes a research approach that ‘goes deep’ into people’s lived experiences to expose the complexity of so-called ‘mundane’ or ‘ordinary’ life events.

This series, a cross-campus initiative of the School of Education and Lifelong Learning (SETU) in conjunction with the Dean of Graduate Studies, of the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), engages with the ethical and practical quandaries regularly faced by researchers using these methods with the aim of networking and capacity building in state-of-the-art methodological and data analytic and interpretative techniques.
