Last week, 12 lecturers and 75 students had the chance to explore Leeuwarden, in the Netherlands, as the International Business Bachelor Programme at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences hosted and led two specially designed Blended Intensive Programmes in collaboration with RUN-EU members from the Häme University of Applied Sciences, the Howest University of Applied Sciences, the Polytechnic University of Leiria, and the University of Burgos.

One programme focused on mapping, analysing, and enhancing Corporate Social Responsibility practices and strategies of renowned businesses. The other incorporated decision-making, scenario analysis, history, culture, and artificial intelligence, resulting in the creation of new timelines for certain historic events.

These programmes not only enhance and expand our students’ knowledge and skills, providing platforms for talent development and personal and professional growth, but also highlight the importance of cross-cultural exchange and understanding. They enable international benchmarking of our programmes and foster long-term, sustainable partnerships.
