Are you looking to showcase your academic and professional achievements, skills, and contributions to your field of study? Join our upcoming two workshops to learn how to create a researcher skills ePortfolio, that helps you demonstrate your expertise and can advance your research career.
The Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) is organising the Online Workshop ‘How to Design Researcher Skills ePortfolio?’ – Part 2 on 15 April 2025.
This is the second part of two workshop series in which you will learn how to create a researcher skills ePortfolio, that helps you demonstrate your expertise and can advance your research career.
In the first interactive workshop – Part 1 – the participants were introduced to the ePortfolio method and guided through the process of creating their own online ePortfolio. In this second workshop – Part 2 – you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your draft ePortfolio and get some feedback from the workshop participants. The workshop facilitators will provide guidance and support to help you to continue working on your ePortfolio.

Previous knowledge required
Registrants will be asked to try out the Researcher Career Evaluation Development Tool and to go through its themes.
Part 2 will focus on:
- How can the portfolio on researcher skills look like? You are given an opportunity to demonstrate your ePortfolio. competence. Some examples and drafts are presented by the participants of the first workshop.
- How to continue the work with your ePortfolio?
Learning Outcomes:
You will be more aware of the research skills you want to communicate to your research stakeholders (e.g. for the company). Based on the workshop discussions, you will know how to continue with your ePortfolio independently.
Note: Attendance at both workshops (Tuesday 25 March 2025 and Tuesday 15 April 2025 at 13h00-14h30 CET) is highly recommended.
