Professional experience
Tania has been a member of the TUS Library staff for over 19 years. With a passion for all aspects of scholarly communication including open access publishing, FAIR data, bibliometrics, alternative metrics, research impact, and scholarly identity. Tania is committed to further develop the libraries role in supporting open science and building out programmes to assist in the development of the skills required to practice open science. Tania is the communications officer for the national Library Association of Ireland Open Scholarship group.
