Professional experience
Tânia is an Assistant Professor in the field of HRM/OB in the School of Technology and Management School at the Polytechnic of Leiria since 2004.
She has a PhD in Management (“Nuevas tendéncias en dirección de empresas”) from University of Salamanca, Spain.
Research experience
Tânia is an Integrated Researcher of CARME Centre of Applied Sciences in Management and Economics and has been publishing scientific articles in international journals.
Supervision experience
Tânia is a former director of the Master in International Business (2012-2014) and a former member of the Scientific and Pedagogic Committee of the Bachelor in Marketing (2009-2012) and Master in International Business (2014-2016). She is also a former Member of the Technical and Scientific Council (2009-2010; 2011-2015).
Currently, she is an elected member of the Scientific and Pedagogic Committee of the Bachelor in Public Administration since 2019.
Tânia has graduated Masters students and currently supervises PhD and MSc students in the area of HRM/OB.
She has acted as an external examiner for PhD examinations.
