The event opened with an official welcome and institutional overview, presenting UGAL’s academic profile, regional engagement in the Danube area, and strategic role within the alliance. A campus tour offered insight into UGAL’s educational and research infrastructure, highlighting its applied orientation and regional impact.

EPA sessions concentrated on the implementation of RUN-EU’s educational and pedagogical framework and included dedicated workshops in the field of short learning opportunities and Joint Programmes in close cooperation with FAPSA (Future and Advanced Pedagogy Skills Academy). The workshops enabled partners to align approaches and define next steps for innovative formats such as SAPs, COILs, BIPs and future European Degrees.

Bilateral meetings as well as insights into internationalisation practices at UGAL further strengthened institutional cooperation and opened new avenues for collaboration.

The Onboarding EPA-Mission at UGAL reinforced shared commitment to advancing RUN-EU’s educational transformation agenda and to consolidating joint programme development across the alliance.
