A ‘Meet & Greet RUN-EU’ event took place on 18 June at the Brûze Café, at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden, bringing together members of the RUN-EU community for an engaging and insightful gathering.

The event began with a dynamic workshop on European Values in which participants were divided into teams representing the eight RUN-EU member institutions.
These teams engaged in meaningful group discussions on topics such as:

• Which European value do you think is the most important?
• How can you promote EU values in your local community or workplace?
• Discuss a recent event involving European values and the lessons learned.

These discussions allowed participants to explore the significance of European values and brainstorm ways to actively promote these values in their respective communities and workplaces.

Following the workshop, attendees were invited to share their questions and experiences about RUN-EU with each other. This open forum provided a space for those involved with RUN-EU and newcomers to connect, exchange ideas, and deepen their understanding of the alliance.

The event proved to be a valuable opportunity for fostering new initiatives and building connections within the RUN-EU community.

Participants left with a greater appreciation of the shared values and goals that unite us and a renewed commitment to promoting these ideals.
