RUN-EU PLUS is organizing an online workshop on How to design Researcher Skills ePortfolio in March 2024.
Part 1: Introduction to the ePortfolio method and how to benefit the RUN-EU PLUS researcher career evaluation development tool in constructing own ePortfolio. In addition, if you work as a teacher or that is your future career opportunity, you will have some insights how to present teachers’ pedagogical competence in ePortfolio.
Part 2: -Some ePortfolios (drafts) on the researcher skills are presented and discussed.

How to design Researcher Skills ePortfolio?

It will focus on:
- What is ePortfolio? (Part 1)
- How to communicate your researcher skills with the ePortfolio for the research stakeholders? (Part 1)
- How to technically start to build your own ePortfolio? (Part 1)
- How can the portfolio on researcher skills look like? You are given an opportunity to demonstrate your ePortfolio competence. Some examples and drafts are presented by the participants of the first workshop. (Part 2)
- How to continue the work with your ePortfolio? (Part 2)
What you will know afterwards:
You are better aware of the researcher skills you want to communicate for your research stakeholders (e.g. for the company). You have some basic knowledge to start to make your ePortfolio and also continue with this independently after the workshops. You are aware how ePortfolio work can improve your professional development and career opportunities.
It is open to RUN-EU researchers and students, but anyone is invited to register, and it is hosted using MS Teams.
