Professional experience
Nuno M. M. Rodrigues is Vice-President for Research of the Polytechnic of Leiria (www.ipleiria.pt) since 2018. He is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the School of Technology and Management and has a track record in pedagogical and scientific management activities, including Coordinator of the Electrical Engineering BSc degree (2010-2013), Vice-Dean of the School of Technology and Management (2014-2018) and the participation in several academic and management bodies.
He holds a PhD in Electrotechnical Engineering from the University of Coimbra and is a senior researcher at the Institute of Telecommunications. He has led and participated in several national and international projects, supervised three PhD theses and several MSc theses. He is co-author of a book and more than 100 publications, including book chapters and papers in international journals and conferences.
